To Set the Disposition Calculation Schedule

Open the System Admin tab ().

Click the File Plans icon

In the System Admin tab select the root File Plans item.
The File Plans form opens in the content pane.
- Expand the Disposition Calculation Schedule topic.
- Set your schedule as appropriate.
- (Optional)
click the Run Now link at top right, forcing all definitions to run immediately.
Date, time, and status are reported in the bottom two lines of the scheduling topic, as they are every time the definitions run.
